International Investment Accounts
Through Pershing, a company affiliated to The Bank of New York Mellon, Eurovalores provides its clients with the option of creating an international investment account.
The association with Pershing allows Eurovalores to offer to its clients the services of brokerage, compensation and custody of international securities.
In addition, the client will have the benefit of obtaining a United States debit card and checking account, as well as access to inquiries about the account through Internet and the option to download and print monthly account statements.
For individuals
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or valid passport.
- Banking references for each signatory.
For corporations created in Panama
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Amendments (if applicable).
- Public Registry Certification (no older than 30 days).
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
- Banking references for each signatory.
- Commercial references (if applicable).
- Information regarding the final beneficiary
For corporations created abroad
- Certificate of Incumbency or Certification of the Secretary.
- Memorandum of Incorporation.
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
- Banking references for each signatory.
- Commercial references (if applicable).
- Information regarding the final beneficiary
For Foundations
- Foundation Act Record
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
- Banking references for each signatory.
