Local Investment Account
Eurovalores’ Local Investment Accounts are backed by the custody services offered by Central Latinoamericana de Valores LatinClear, which establishes a centralized deposit of securities through which operations of custody, compensation, liquidation and electronic management of securities can be carried out.
For individuals
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport.
- Banking references for each signatory.
For corporations created in Panama
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Amendments (if applicable).
- Certification in the Public Registry (no older than of 30 days).
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
- Banking references for each signatory.
- Commercial references (if applicable).
- Information regarding the final beneficiary
For corporations created abroad
- Certificate of Incumbency o Certificación del Secretario.
- Memorandum of Incorporation.
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
- Banking references for each signatory.
- Commercial references (if applicable).
- Information regarding the final beneficiary
For Foundations
- Foundation Act Record.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all the Officers.
- Panamanian personal identification (cedula) or a valid passport of all authorized signatories.
